This is a very early Queen pocketknife. The only marking on it is a faint etch on the blade that says Queen in the old script style. The blades look to be full, but have been sharpened and have some rust stains, etc. It has a very nice snap open and close on both blades.
The handles are a yellow and white swirled celluloid. It has brass liners and nickel silver bolsters and pins.
