This is a knife made by the Eagle Knife Company which was bought out by the Winchester Repeating Arms Company for their patented automatic blade grinding machines when Winchester went into the hardware business. The Eagle Knife Company knives are somewhat rare - they were not made for many years before the company was bought out. This is a rather cheaply made knife with a one piece pressed steel handle - no liners or bolsters.
